What is TALENT CLOUD?

TALENTcloud is a program, which aims to create a safe space for an unlimited transfer of knowledge and experiences between different companies, industries and countries. Because it is time for us to enable development and learning for all of our employees beyond the borders of our organizations.

Purpose

Who is it meant for?

TALENTcloud is intended for talents. For individuals who are not defined by their age, who have a wish to develop, extend and share their knowledge and skills and wish to create new opportunities and connections between the teams, companies, industries and countries. The main purpose is to find practical and working solutions for actual challenges, faster implementation of ideas, to raise agility and satisfaction of employees, to strenghten and develop competences of the participants, transfer of good practices and knowledge on developing projects, which are not related to the primary activity of the company. By exchanges, the employees gain experiences, build their relationships and connections, deepen cooperations, understanding and trust. By that, they strenghten both economical and living environment in Slovenia.

How does it work?

TALENTcloud, by its daring vision of unlimited transfer of talents among the companies, realizes a vision of a close collaboration of a company's representatives, who solve another company's challenge with a clear goal on their minds: to find a solution, while learning from one another and co-create a better business space for both employees and companies. The results are actual solutions and the greatest precedence of the project is realizing that learning and knowledge transfer are transparent, selfless and always mutual.
